today after school i went to work out and then went to tutor some kid for the first time, only pays 5 an hour but i'm doing it more because it's like community service, anyway, the reason i call him somekid is because i'm still not sure what his name is (for those of you that know me that shouldn't be too surprising). the really sad thing is this kid is in 8th grade and he still doesnt know basic 1-12 multiplication. EIGHTH GRADE!!!! weren't we supposed to learn that in 3rd grade!?! it's kinda fun being the teacher, and the best part is that i don't really have to do any work. (Again for those of you that know me, it shouldn't come as a surprised that i'm excited about not working to teach a struggling student math.)
